Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship across the EU and the United States.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

 

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders.

 

Customs and VAT: Prices include applicable VAT for EU orders. US customers may be responsible for local import duties.

 

Delays: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact support@polarpaws.co and we'll make it right.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 3-5 days for tracking to update after dispatch.
